Volume 38, Issue 2

Note from the Editors

Dear Reader,

What follows through the buttons below is the second issue of the thirty-eighth volume of Ignatian, a curated selection of works of poetry and prose.

We would like to thank the many people who made this issue of Ignatian possible. Our first thanks must go, as always, to the Ignatian staff that brought the issue to its final state. The quality of the issue reflects the quality of our staff, and we are extremely proud of both. In particular, we thank our genre editors, Reina Barbosa, Francesca Cortellessa Hale, and Charles O’Keefe, for their discerning eyes and judgement. We also extend our gratitude to Amira Walker, our events chair, Kaitlyn Oshiro, our publicity chair, and Jude Boland, our design chair, for their support of the community behind Ignatian. The contributions of our graduate advisor, Megan Baker, and our faculty advisor, Omar F. Miranda, must also not go unnoticed. Thanks also go to our English department program assistant, Kimberly Garrett. Lastly, we are beyond grateful to authors and artists featured in this issue for sharing their art with us all.

We hope you find the same enjoyment in reading this issue as we did in making it.

Daliah Bawarshi and Jade Han, Editors in Chief
